1. Service Description
Coastal Submittals provides administrative and courier services for construction-related documents, including preparing, organizing, and submitting permit applications. We assist clients and contractors by coordinating permits, picking up, submitting, and delivering construction documents to local government agencies. We do not prepare, draft, or design construction plans or specifications.

2. Turnaround Time
Permit and document processing times vary depending on the requirements and schedules of local government agencies. Coastal Submittals is not responsible for delays caused by these agencies or any third parties. We strive to submit all documents promptly but cannot guarantee specific processing or approval timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information and necessary documentation to Coastal Submittals to ensure proper submission. Coastal Submittals is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect client-provided information.

4. No Legal or Design Advice
Coastal Submittals does not provide legal, architectural, engineering, or design services. We do not draft construction plans, designs, or specifications. Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals for these services.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Coastal Submittals respects client privacy and ensures that all documents and information are handled securely and confidentially. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to complete submissions or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
Coastal Submittals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from permit submissions, delays, or any related services. Clients accept that permit approval and processing are at the discretion of government agencies.

7. Payment and Fees
All fees for services rendered by Coastal Submittals will be agreed upon before submission. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional fees may apply for rush services, extra administrative tasks, or out-of-area deliveries.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By using Coastal Submittals’ services, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
